Meet The Storyteller
I’m Brianna Meshone — a visual storyteller and creative director born and raised in Chicago, now based in Phoenix, Arizona.
I approach my work as visual storytelling rooted in intention, emotion, and identity.
The vision behind B MESHONE is to create imagery that helps people feel seen, aligned, and understood through thoughtful creative direction.
I believe visuals are more than aesthetics — they are language. They shape perception, communicate identity, and influence how a story is remembered.
My work exists at the intersection of creative direction, brand identity, and portrait storytelling, focused on reflecting not just how someone appears, but who they are becoming.
How This Began
My work began at 15 with a camera and a curiosity for people and their stories. I was drawn to honesty — quiet confidence, in-between moments, and the details often overlooked.
What started as instinct evolved into a long-term creative practice centered on intentional storytelling and visual communication.
I later earned a Bachelor of Arts in Photography from Columbia College Chicago, where I developed both technical skill and conceptual thinking — and a deeper understanding of what imagery could do, not just what it could capture.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve refined a practice grounded in collaboration, clarity, and emotional intention.
The Work
Today, I work with artists, founders, and purpose-driven brands to translate identity into cohesive visual experiences.
Through creative direction and portrait storytelling, I create imagery that feels aligned, elevated, and emotionally resonant.
Whether working with a personal brand or growing business, the intention remains the same:
to create visuals that feel honest, intentional, and deeply human.
Community + Purpose
My work is shaped by a commitment to storytelling within Black and POC creative communities, where identity, representation, and expression carry deep meaning.
My time with The Simple Good reinforced my belief that creative work is not only visual — it is transformative. It shapes how people see themselves and how they move through the world.
